Email Services

We currently employ several different mail server software solutions. These include Microsoft Exchange Server, Qmail (Linux), Postfix (Unix), Cobalt/Sun.

Mail server software packages have different strengths, many Linux mail server packages are much more flexibile in a multi-site environment than an enterprise solution like Microsoft Exchange.

All our mail servers allow you to logon remotely from any Internet equipped PC and pick up your mail from anywhere in the world.

We can re-direct mail to an existing email account(s) or to a mail server at your office. We can route all mail to a given domain (web address) so that even if your visitors type in "mickey.mouse@" you will still get the message.

Digital Ink has a wide range of skills in supporting email, we provide email for leading sports clubs like Charlton Athletic and London Wasps.

We can also assist with email marketing campaigns to your opt in client base. We currently send out a quarter of a million emails a week to subscribed supporters for our sports site customers. We can also design attractive, full colour emails and send these on your behalf.

Digital Ink is a registered Data Protection Act data keeper.

We also have Vocalis Voicemail and a fax gateway, 32Bit Fax from Electrasoft. This means we can transfer email form responses to a fax number if this makes more sense for one of our clients.
