Back-up and Disaster Recovery from Digital Ink

Every attempt is made at Digital Ink to ensure the security of your data. As well as protecting the network from external viruses and attacks, we offer a range of back-up and support services.

All servers are backed-up on a daily basis, most are fitted with tape drives, but our 'blade' servers are backed up to network attached storage (NAS) appliances and then backed up to tape.

We carry 7 days of tapes to give you the ability to resurrect data from up to 7 days ago. All tapes are kept in a fireproof safe.

All machines are protected from power outages by UPSs (uninterruptible power supplies).
